Crucial m4 Design and Features
The m4 comes in a mute gray casing with a simple blue label on its face. The drive measures 3.95 inches wide, 2.75 inches deep and just 0.37 inches thin. And the SATA connection in this drive transmits data at 6GB/s.
This and several other factors help the m4 reach 415MB/s read speeds exactly, and an exact write speed of 175MB/s. This SSD can also handle 40,000 IOPS, or input/output operations per second, while reading and 35,000 IOPS while writing.
